Walking Around Stalis
Stalis is a very walkable resort. Most restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and the beach are within a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
π
Public Bus
The nearest bus stop is Stop No. 28, located on the main road. Its exact location is marked on the map provided in this guide.
If you would like to travel towards Hersonissos or Heraklion, use the bus stop on the north side of the road.
If you would like to travel towards Malia or Agios Nikolaos, use the bus stop on the opposite (south) side of the road.
Regular buses connect Stalis with Heraklion, Hersonissos, Malia, Agios Nikolaos and many other destinations throughout Crete.
Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus.
π
Taxi
Taxis are available throughout Stalis and can usually be found on the main road.
If you need a taxi, I will be happy to help arrange one for you.
π
Car Rental
Renting a car is one of the best ways to explore Crete.
I recommend Apex Rental, located opposite the church, just a short walk from the apartment.
π΅
Scooters, ATVs & Mobility Scooters
For scooters, ATVs (quad bikes) or mobility scooters, I recommend Sakis and Creta Machine.
Creta Machine is located next to King's Burger.
